Most HVCEO
meetings are held at 12:30 PM in the early afternoon on the third Friday of
selected months, barring holidays or variations as noted below. A buffet luncheon for members
begins one half hour before each meeting.
The public is encouraged to attend HVCEO meetings. The schedule
